Food is good. Their drink machine is brand new and the pepsi is excellent. The service is fast and the staff is nice. Of course if you don’t treat them well or leave tips don’t expect people to be nice. Overall nice experience in this newly renovated KFC !

Great experience it has been a longtime that I didn't go to a KFC most of them are closed. But this one still survive. Love the food the people who work here are very gentle. They also proposed us a better combo. We order 3 pieces the waitress suggest us the 4 pieces because it will be better

Jarry and Papineau infinitely cleaner and better organized than other kfc’s (it’s very clean) and the staff is very nice and relaxed.

This place completely changed over the course of the last 4 years! I totally understand the negative reviews based on how it was before the renovations but these days the ambiance is good, the service is with a smile, and the food is quick. It's become my lunch hour habit to grab their sandwich of the day and I just tell them "comme d'habitude" at the till
